The active ingredient of Hoodia Grodonii is a molecule called P57 discovery in 1996. It has some characteristics of glucose and in particular, like the glucose, it acts directly on the hypothalamus, part of the brain controlling hunger.
The P57 molecule acts as glucose but by developing an activity approximately 10,000 times higher than that of glucose itself, without providing any calories. In fact, the active ingredient of Hoodia tricks the brain and makes it to believe the body has just eaten. Those ingesting Hoodia no longer feel the need to chew or swallow their food. They simply have no more hunger and therefore no more desire to eat. At the same time as the sensation of satiety, they note an improvement in their mood. Hoodia Gordonii offers the huge advantage of allowing eating less without effort, without side effects, without frustration and without loss of vitality.
